Police Log: Selling Drugs in Weymouth, Shoplifting, and More

The following is from the Weymouth Police Log. Where arrests and charges are mentioned, they don't imply conviction.

May 12

11:49 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Pleasant and Ralph Talbot Streets, police made two arrests. Timothy Correia, 22, of Brockton and Jonathan Teixeira, 25, of Brockton, were arrested and charged with distributing a Class A drug, possession to distribute a Class A drug, and conspiracy to violate a drug law.

12:28 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, police made two arrests. Randy Regis, 29, of Dorchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Michael Saunders, 25, of Weymouth, was arrested on two warrants.

7:59 p.m. - Melissa Johnson, 24, of Forestdale, was arrested at the 99 Restaurant on Main Street on a warrant.

May 13

12:20 a.m. - Derek Edmonds, 30, of Weymouth, was arrested near East and Endicott Streets on a warrant.

9:27 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Pleasant Street, Derek Spavento, 29, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

11:18 a.m. - Police made two arrests at Wal-Mart on Middle Street. Ashley Lyles, 21, of Weymouth, was charged with shoplifting by asportation. Isaiah Brown, 23, of Weymouth, was charged with shoplifting by asportation, leaving the scene of property damage, and operating a motor vehicle to endanger.

3:18 p.m. - Annmarie Nee, 37, of Boston, was arrested on a warrant at Wal-Mart on Middle Street and charged with shoplifting by price tag tampering and possession of a Class B drug.

May 14

2:05 p.m. - Asia Williams, 22, of Weymouth, was arrested at Stop & Shop on Middle Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation.
