South Shore Health's Christine Just takes on new role
Just has been named South Shore Health's Executive Director of Behavioral Health & Obstetrics and Gynecology

Christine Just, RN, MSN, CNM has been promoted to Executive Director of Behavioral Health and Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) at South Shore Health.
In her new role, Just will be responsible for the operations of the Behavioral Health and OB/GYN service lines, which includes Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. She will work closely with leadership of Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and OB/GYN, as well as collaborate with respective service line Division Chiefs and nursing leadership. In addition, Just will also support the Addiction Medicine Bridge Clinic, Mental Health Bridge Clinic, and Perinatal Behavioral Health programs at South Shore Health.
Just began her career at South Shore Health as a Senior Project Manager for the Health Provider Services Organization. In that role, she led multiple projects with multidisciplinary teams including the Opioid Task Force, which helped reduce the number of opioid pills prescribed post-procedure by more than 50%.

As a Certified Nurse-Midwife, Just managed OB/GYN continuing medical education presentations and was responsible for implementing South Shore Health’s maternity education center and prenatal education program. Most recently, she was the director of the South Shore Health Provider Council where she led a team of clinician leaders in planning, executing and measuring clinical improvement projects.
Just received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College and earned her Masters of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Nurse-Midwifery from Yale University of Nursing.
