2nd Annual Arts Fest

Abundant Life Christian School host it's 2nd annual Arts Fest. ALCS Arts Fest includes an Art Show with Reception, as well as the Middle School Drama Club Spring Play. The Art Show and Reception are on Wednesday, May 11; 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm. The Drama Club production of “The Rebel Alliance” has two performances; Thursday, May 12 and Friday, May 13 at 7:00 pm.

The Art Show and Reception will display artwork from the elementary and middle school students. These students are under the instruction of Mrs. Colleen Figucia. She brings her passion of art to her classroom where the students learn many mediums of art as well as works of the world's great artists. The lessons have included the works of Salvador Dali, Henri Matise, Georgia O'Keefe and Dale Chihuly to name a very few. Mrs. Figucia has been teaching art at ALCS since 2011.

This year the ALCS Middle School Drama Club presents “The Rebel Alliance” written by Andy MacDonald, based on the works of George Lucas. We are thrilled to welcome back Alumnus, Jacob Padilla, ALCS class of 2009, as director and revised writer. Jacob Padilla is currently a performing arts student at Gordon College and works with ALCS students three afternoons a week. Tickets are $6.
