Confirmed Coronavirus Case Cluster At Windsor Place In Wilmington
There are 15 active coronavirus cases at the Windsor Place assisted living facility, the Wilmington Health Department reported Monday.
WILMINGTON, MA — Fifteen residents of Wilmington's Windsor Place assisted living facility have active confirmed cases of the new coronavirus, the Wilmington Health Department reported Monday.
Windsor Place is Wilmington's third long-term care facility to see an outbreak.
The first outbreak, at AdviniaCare, has largely passed, with the vast majority of the facility's residents having been infected. Thirty-six residents died. The facility has four new cases, in the form of recovering patients transferred from hospitals.

CareOne still has 39 active positive cases, the Department said. Twenty residents have died and at least 39 have recovered.
Outside of the three long-term care facilities, Wilmington has 21 active positive cases. Four residents are in quarantine for potential exposure. At least four residents have died.

The Department also said Monday that it will be handing out masks Wednesday. A table will be set up behind Town Hall from 9 a.m. to noon.
