Create Your Own Donut Contest at Honey Dew

Wilmington’s Honey Dew Donuts is bringing back the Create Your Own Donut Contest.

Just visit the shop, located at 337 Main St. in Wilmington and fill out a form indicating your donut creation. Donut choices will be accepted until Sept. 13 and the winning donut will begin to be made on Sept. 14.

The last time the shop held this contest was at the end of June. The store’s last Create Your Own Donut winner was Michele W. with her “The Chocolate Covered Strawberry” - a donut filled with chocolate cream and topped with strawberry icing and fresh strawberry.

The winner receives a gift card and their donut will be made and sold in the shop.
