Dunk the Pastor!
WUMC holds annual Rally Day to kick off Sunday School program, and return to regular service schedule.
WILMINGTON - The Wilmington United Methodist Church Welcomes you to our annual Rally Day events on Sunday, September 13, 2015. Worship services will be at 8, 9 and 11am and our Sunday School program - for ages pre-K through high school - begins. We will celebrate with a special Faith Fair and Carnival event to welcome the return to our regular schedule, and our Rally Day Kick off.
Events will include old-fashioned carnival games, fun, food, and drinks, along with our pastor, Travis Bonnette-Kim getting dunked in the “Standing Water Dunk Tank” to raise money for the No Malaria program.
Sunday School registration is available on our web site at www.wilmingtonumc.org or in person in our library. Our theme this year is Growing in Christ’s Love. Watch for things to be sprouting up all over! We hope to see you there.
