Knights of Columbus 1st Annual Chili & Dessert Cook- off! Cooks wanted!!! Spicy & Sweet Night!
Friday, January 29th, 2016. 7-9PM. Member's Lounge, Back entrance. All welcome! LAST CHANCE--EVENT IS THIS FRIDAY!
1st Annual Knights of Columbus Chili & Dessert Cook off!
We’re calling it: “Spicy & Sweet Night at the Knights!”
Event will be held in Member’s Lounge, back entrance..from 7-9PM

Contestants will bring their homemade Chili in a slow cooker/crock pot to be sampled by attending guests! Top two 1st round winners of popular vote for the Chili cook-off will go into the final round to be judged by local Fireman--Bob Woods for the first place title & bragging rights!
Local Pastry Chef, Kara Bernardo will give a cooking demonstration during the event!

For the Dessert contest, simply bring any dessert, cut into share-able pieces for attending guests--best dessert by popular vote will win first prize & bragging rights! (no pre-registration needed)
Guests are encouraged to bring along snacks for the evening or order food to be delivered right to your
table! (no beverages please).
ALL SPOTS FOR CHILI COOKS HAVE BEEN FILLED--there is still plenty of room for the dessert contest!
