Long-Term State Representative James Miceli Wins Again

State Representative James Miceli was once again re-elected to the 19th Middlesex District seat in a victory over Republican challenger Doug Sears of Tewksbury.

Miceli, who has been in office since 1977, defeated Sears taking both Wilmington and Tewksbury.

In 2012, Miceli defeated Sears by a landslide vote where he earned a blowout victory in both Tewksbury and Wilmington.

Miceli celebrated his victory with campaign workers and supporters at Rocco’s in Wilmington Tuesday night.
