• 'Modern Elegance Meets Exceptional Comfort': Home For Sale In Wilmington (patch.com) — Wilmington house hunters can check out a newly renovated three-bedroom home at 41 Morse Ave, listed for $1,099,000. The property offers about 3,000 square feet, featuring an open-concept layout, hardwood floors, and recessed lighting throughout, all in a central Wilmington location. 
• Another Mass. town drops Flock cameras over privacy concerns (boston25news.com) — Wilmington officials have ended the town's contract with Flock Safety and will remove the two remaining license-plate-reading cameras after residents raised privacy concerns. Police say the cameras helped investigations but concluded community worries now outweigh the benefits, joining dozens of other Massachusetts communities that have also dropped or paused Flock systems.
