Runner Bumped by Car During Sunday Morning Road Race

Man was not injured and continued to finish the race.

A runner participating in Sunday’s 10th annual half marathon and 5K was bumped by a car, but still managed to finish the race.

The incident occurred around 11:15 a.m. Sunday morning, NECN is reporting.

Lt. Fred Ryan told the Lowell Sun the man was participating in the annual event when he was bumped by a car. He refused treatment and finished the race.
