Wilmington Police Name Suspect In House Break Case

Wilmington Police are looking for a Burlington man as a suspect in a March 7 house break-in.

WILMINGTON, MA -- After posting a request for the public's help in identifying a house break-in suspect earlier this month, Wilmington Police now know who they're looking for. The department has issued an arrest warrant for John Mosley, 29, of Burlington. Mosley was charged with breaking and entering (daytime), larceny over $250 and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

Police said Mosley was last seen in Jamaica Plain, and that they had identified him with the assistance of detectives from the Kennebunk, ME and Burlington Police Departments. Anyone with information is being asked to call the Wilmington Police Department at 978-658-5071.

Police released photos and video from a home security system earlier this month and asked for the public's assistance in identifying the man seen allegedly breaking into the house in Wilmington. In October, Burlington Police arrested Mosley on charges of distribution of class A drugs. In 2012, Wilmington Police arrested Mosley and charged him with operating under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of class C drugs and possession of class E drugs.
