Wilmington United Methodist Church is hosting a coffeehouse presentation on human trafficking
The Social Concerns Committee of Wilmington United Methodist Church invites you to a coffeehouse presentation and discussion on human trafficking and modern day slavery in the United States and internationally. There will be a brief overview of the modern manifestations of this persistent human rights issue, followed by dialogue, and a call to action for our church and community. The event takes place on Sunday, February 28 from 12:30pm to 2:00 pm at the church.
High school youth: Please join us for a special breakout session on youth victims of trafficking, where we will identify opportunities for you to serve as an advocate for peers at risk of trafficking and exploitation.
