Creative Corner School is a STEAM-focused early childhood education center proudly serving families with programs for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Our mission is to create a warm, engaging environment where children feel supported as they learn, grow, and develop a lifelong love of discovery. Through a balance of structured learning, hands-on exploration, and purposeful play, we help children build the academic, social, and emotional foundations needed for future success. Creative Corner offers age-appropriate classrooms led by dedicated educators who encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Children engage in activities centered around science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. In addition to our classroom curriculum, we offer a variety of enrichment programs designed to support children's growth and interests. These include soccer, yoga, music, special performances, Spanish instruction for our older students, and hands-on STEAM experiences in our dedicated STEAM Lab. Join us for a family-friendly day featuring games, remembrance activities, food and drinks, and a walk along Massachusetts Avenue. Whether you know The Children’s Room well or are discovering us for the first time, everyone is welcome.
For 30 years, TCR has provided grief support to children, teens, and families after the death of someone close to them. <a href="https://childrensroom.org" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Our services are offered free of charge</a>, made possible by the generosity of our community.
