Looking for Asian-style vegetables? Stop by the Flats Mentor Farm stand this Saturday. After being flooded out last summer, Flats Mentor is back with their signature ethnic produce featuring bok choy, cilantro, mint, pea tendrils, mixed lettuce, amaranth (water spinach), and scallions.
