Zumba: Winchester Hospital’s Community Health Institute

Zumba is a Latin-style dance fitness class that makes you sweat without even realizing it. Have fun moving to the beat and leave feeling rejuvenated. All fitness levels are welcome. There will be two Zumba sessions in June, one on Thursday nights and the other on Saturday mornings.
