Meet the candidates and ask them questions on Monday, August 20 from 6:30-8:00 PM at the Winchester Public Library

MEET THE PRIMARY CANDIDATES – ASK YOUR QUESTIONS!

On Monday, August 20 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, the League of Women Voters of Winchester is sponsoring a public forum for voters and candidates for contested offices in the September 4th State Primary Election, at the Winchester Public Library, 80 Washington St., from 6:30 – 8:00 pm in the Large Meeting Room.

At this event, groups of voters will gather at tables for a brief roundtable discussion with individual candidates, one at a time. The candidates will rotate from table to table at specified intervals to maximize the opportunity for give-and-take conversation with voters.

Candidates for contested Primary races who have accepted the invitation to attend are:

Jason Lewis (incumbent) and Samantha Hammar – Democratic Candidates for Senator for the Fifth Middlesex District of the Massachusetts State Senate
