Under Rep. Day, Beacon Hill Puts Illegal Immigrants Ahead of Stoneham and Winchester Families

The Boston Herald is reporting that Beacon Hill is pushing a bill that would allow people in the country illegally to sue federal immigration officers for doing their jobs. And where is this bill being handled? The Judiciary Committee — chaired by my opponent, Rep. Michael Day.

While families in Stoneham and Winchester are dealing with rising costs, strained services, and real public‑safety concerns, this is the kind of legislation moving forward under his leadership.

Our communities deserve a representative who will focus on public safety, accountability, and the real priorities of taxpayers — not bills that make it harder for law enforcement to do their work.
