Winchester Grand Jury Indictments: One Resident Indicted

WINCHESTER, MA—Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments dating from Jan. 14 to Feb. 17 in the county, and one Winchester resident was indicted.

Below is the indictment, according to an announcement from the District Attorney’s office. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty, according to the announcement:

Edward Dever, 46, of Winchester, was charged with larceny over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Cannon.
