Drivers in Winchester who operate a vehicle covered in snow or ice face the risk of receiving a ticket from local police officers, according to Winchester police officials.

Twitter users had plenty to say about the snow-covered BMW:

Drivers should think twice before they drive with snow or ice on top of their cars. A significant amount of accumulation on top of a vehicle could blow off and block the vision of another driver. The airborne materials could damage other vehicles and cause accidents when drivers swerve or brake suddenly to avoid the ice and snow.
