WINCHESTER, MA — <a href="http://usnews.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">U.S. News and World Report</a> has included Winchester Hospital in it's list of the 13 best hospitals in Massachusetts, including the hospital in one of its top 10 positions.   According to the <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/arlington/s/fuage/top-hospitals-in-massachusetts-u-s-news-and-world-reports-new-rankings?utm_source=alert-breakingnews&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=health%20%26%20fitness&amp;utm_campaign=alert">rankings released Tuesday</a>, Winchester Hospital was rated as tied with Hyannis' Cape Cod Hospital as the ninth best hospital in the Commonwealth and the seventh-best hospital in the Boston Metropolitan area.
