Winchester resident appointed senior vice president at Cummings Properties
General Counsel Craig Ziady has led legal team since 2007

Seventeen-year Winchester resident Craig Ziady was recently appointed senior vice president at Woburn-based commercial real estate firm Cummings Properties.
Ziady joined Cummings Properties’ legal team in 2007 as general counsel, a position he still holds. The department he leads represents the Company in all its legal affairs, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration, and it is significantly involved in the Company’s principal legal function–the negotiation and execution of leases.
Ziady provides significant support to the Company’s human resources and field divisions for personnel matters and risk management programs, and to its design department for permitting, licensing, and environmental approvals. He also works with a number of municipalities and various courts and agencies at the local, state, and federal levels.
