PHOTO GALLERY: Winchester Sports Hall of Fame Inducts New Members
There were 350 people that attended the annual event.
Hall of Fame Committee inducted several former pupils to it's Hall of Fame Thursday night, in front of an audience of over 350 family members, fellow team members and friends.
The Winchester Sports Foundation is a fund-raising organization, which supports sports at the high school. It was created in 1989 to raise supplementary funds in light of reduced state aid for sporting programs. The Hall of Fame Committee was established in 1990, with the induction ceremony being the highlight of the year.

Verne Slack, 1949 - football, hockey, baseball
William Lamarche, 1960 - hockey

Kathy Levinson, 1973 - field hockey, basketball, tennis
Kim Donlon Bono, 1983 - soccer, basketball (Kim's Dad is also a Hall of Fame member, they are the first 'Father / Daughter' team to be inducted!)
Joe Lawrence, 1985 - wrestling
Paul Sughrue, 1985 - soccer, tennis
