Louise began her dance career at the age of 4, and has now been dancing for 20 years. Her family moved from Dublin, Ireland when she was very young. After witnessing her first Irish dance performance, Louise was eager to learn the dance for herself. Louise danced competitively for 14 years, and earned the honor of becoming a champion Irish dancer. Louise also studied various styles of dance including Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and Ballet.

Louise is a graduate of Bridgewater State University, where she earned a B.A in English, while also studying Elementary and Early Childhood Education. While attending Bridgewater, Louise was a member of the BSU Dance Company, where she trained and performed in Jazz and Modern dance styles.  Louise was also a member of the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. Immediately following college, Louise began teaching dance and fitness classes to children and adults in the South Shore, while also working as a preschool teacher. She then expanded her dance instruction to the Woburn and Burlington area. In 2011, Louise decided to get certified to teach Zumba Fitness, after witnessing the great impact it has had on so many people. Louise is excited to share her love of dance and fitness to all ages! She believes it is a great way to form friendships, build confidence, and live a healthy lifestyle!
