ARREST LOG: Several Taken Into Custody on Drug Charges Over Weekend
An excerpt from the Woburn Police Department's May 13-15 police log.

The following is an excerpt from the log. Please note that this is a sampling of activity in the log, not a complete account. We report all arrests included in the daily police log.
May 13 –
At 11:36 a.m., James W. Coleman, 25, 1 Summit Drive Apt. #35 in Reading, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and vehicle not meeting Registry of Motor Vehicle (RMV) standards. Coleman was taken into custody after police observed him driving a car with a failed inspection sticker during patrol at Pleasant and Winn streets.

At 2:35 p.m., Tanisha Reddick, 23, of 180 Kennedy Drive Apt. #112 in Malden, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license revocation and possession of a Class B substance (crack cocaine). Reddick was apprehended during an ongoing drug distribution investigation by the Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force.

At 7:54 a.m., Rodrigo Goncalves Da Silva, 28, of 14 Richardson St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards. Da Silva was taken into custody after a routine motor vehicle stop when an officer observed that he was operating a car with a damaged windshield at Main and High streets.
At 11:39 a.m., Santo T. Mota, 37, of 12 Wells St. in Lawrence, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (heroin) and drug violation near a school or park. According to police, Mota was found in possession of 8 grams of heroin and over $5,000 in cash. Mota was taken into custody following an investigation by the Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force.
At 10:33 p.m., Raquel L. Todd, 35, of 362 Essex St. in Lawrence, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.
May 15 –
At 9:58 a.m., Kent A. Grays, 39, of 15 Kenmar Drive Apt. #15 in Billerica, was arrested and charged on two outstanding warrants after he was observed sitting outside City Hall.
