Partners in Rehabilitation, PT (PIR) is a clinician owned outpatient physical therapy clinic founded in 1996 with 4 locations - Wilmington, Saugus, Georgetown, and Methuen. For the past 29 years, we have been dedicated to serving the families of our North Shore communities and participating in community outreach events. At PIR we care about you as an individual. Our PIR Physical Therapists specialize in the treatment of all orthopedic disorders, including pre-operative and post-operative care. In addition, all of our therapists are also specially trained in the New England Baptist Spine Rehabilitation Program “Back Boot Camp” which is an internationally recognized approach to back pain. School of Fashion Design

Celebrating over 90 years of excellence in fashion education, The School of Fashion Design is the only educational institution in New England dedicated exclusively to the study of fashion design. SFD provides students with a solid foundation in apparel design and construction, and the skills required for a successful career in fashion. Our technical Certificate program is taught by experts in the field of fashion design. Students may take courses toward the Certificate or on a class-by-class basis to fill professional education interests. For creatives and textile arts enthusiasts, SFD offers workshops in various fiber arts such as weaving, lace making, embroidery, millinery, upcycling, and more. As an SFD student, you will join a diverse community of emerging designers. Our studios are filled with recent high school graduates, students from nearby colleges enriching their education with fashion, and working professionals embarking on a new career path. SFD faculty and students are active partners in our local community, collaborating regularly with organizations and businesses through internships, exhibitions, field trips, and special events. Our reputation for excellence is on display each time our students show their work at fashion shows and exhibits throughout the year. With an SFD Certificate in Fashion Design, our alumni have enjoyed fashion careers with Adidas, Coldwater Creek, J. Jill, New Balance, PUMA, Ralph Lauren, Talbots, Timberland, TJX Companies, and more. Our alumni are designers and costumers for stage and screen, while others have found success launching their own label. I am officially an Ikea hacker. This definetly adds to my DIY street cred. I found the idea on Pinterest when I did a "DIYheadboard" search. I was looking for something other than a fabric covered headboard since I'd been sleeping with one of those for years... All it takes is 30 $3 Ikea mirrors, a thin piece of plywood, some liquid nails and hanging hooks.
