On Friday, Nov. 4, an actress from the theater group Historical Perspectives for Children will present Amelia Earhart to the students of the Linscott-Rumford School.
Historical Perspectives sends local actors and actresses to elementary schools to portray the lives of famous women and men in history whose stories tie into what the children are studying in their science and social studies classes.

"Each character's life is dramatically reenacted from childhood through adulthood, allowing children to see the process they went through to achieve their goals," according to the Historical Perspectives' website.
The Linscottt-Rumford would like to extend an invitation to other Woburn School PTO Enrichment Coordinators to view this program. If interested, contact PTO Enrichment Coordinator Jen Taylor through the Linscott PTO website.
