Play Day Grant Opportunity to Improve Parks & Playgrounds

Last week I talked about how to increase your PTO membership with a Kindergarten Play Date. This week, I'm going to tell you about a Play Day Grant.

Grant Wrangler is a great website that keeps you updated on grants available to nonprofits, like school PTO's.

This week Grant Wrangler  featured a Play Day Grant  offered by KaBOOM!, Mott's, and NFL PLAY 60. They're giving up to $10,000 to those who host a Play Day for kids and incorporate a park or playground improvement project.

Hurry, the deadline is August 31, 2011.
