Ride with a Chief, Good Eats, and more on the SCI Auction

Would your child like a ride home from school in a fire truck or police car? Or maybe they would like a hockey stick signed by all of the Stanley Cup Champion Bruins under the tree this year? These are just a few of the cool items you can bid on through the Social Capital Inc. (SCI) auction. Previewed recently , the auction is now live and runs until October 30. We have a lot of Woburn prizes that I am highlighting below.

I like food, don't you? Let's start there, because we have some great local eats available. Thanks in large part to the volunteer efforts of Fel Medeiros of Woburnite.com, there are restaurant gift certificates available for the , , , , , Oliveira's Steak House and Woburn Caffe Restaurant and Pizzeria. But maybe you'd rather eat at home? Then bid on my 3 course meal for 6, with wines carefully selected to match each course. Another great item for foodies is the wonderful gift basket from Pairings Wine and Food, located in neighboring Winchester.
