Share Your Culture, WorldFest Deadline Approaches

Are you in touch with your cultural heritage? Would you like to put together a table to help people learn about your culture? We'd love to have you participate in WorldFest Woburn!

WorldFest Woburn is returning to Downtown Woburn on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 1-4 PM.  This year the event will be held on the lawn of the Woburn Public Library, a new location. WorldFest is a festival that celebrates cultural diversity in our community.  We are actively seeking people and groups that would like to participate.  In the past, tables have included artwork, crafts, activities, cultural displays, and of course, food.  We are also seeking a limited number of dance and music performances. 

This year’s WorldFest is being planned by members of the YMCA International Learning Center’s Leadership Team, with assistance from Social Capital Inc (SCI).  For more information please contact Sarah Blumenshine at sblumenshine@ymcaboston.org by May 4 in order to participate.
