St. Charles School would like to thank Mr. Vinnie Ferlisi along with his sous chef and wife, Janet, for presenting an outstanding Gourmet Cooking class last evening.

Mr. Ferlisi, also known as Vinnie "The Shoe" Ferlisi, provided an entertaining and informative cooking demonstration.  All attendees seem to agree that that the food was absolutely delicious!

A huge 'Thank You' also to Joseph's Catering of 30 Torrice Drive in Woburn for their generous contribution of the food for this demonstration.

All proceeds from this fundraiser benefit St. Charles School.
