Living In Your Spotlight is a monthly support group for people who are seeking to live bravely and dare greatly. Each meeting is a bit different but will always include meditation, conversation and an opportunity to share more of who you are in a safe and supportive space. The December meeting will explore The Emtion Code, a quick and easy energy healing technique. We will also be celebrating the end of 2014 with a Burning Bull ceremony. This informal ritual will offer an opportunity to shed baggage you have carried through the year and are ready to release. It will also offer an opportunity to invite new energies into your life for the year ahead.

Heather Maguire is a Holistic Healer and Teacher. She leads the Living In Your Spotlight meeting on the last Thursday of every month.
