"It has been our pleasure to serve you in every way. Watching little tots become grown-ups and having their children has been a real joy," read the Facebook post. "Some remember toys at Christmas, and Easter with money in their plastic eggs or flowers for the parents. The joy of looking at their faces light up was so overwhelming. These are only a few of the memories that we'll always remember! Hopefully we gave you as much pleasure as you gave us. We think of you all as our extended family."

The restaurant had hoped to re-open after the blaze, perhaps even in a new location, but was unable to find a location with a reasonable rental price.

"Our goal was to serve the best food for the lowest price, and never leave you hungry," the post read. "We hope we succeeded. We'll miss you."
