Debs brings a wealth of professional experience and a fresh perspective to the flooring industry. As a former Sales & Relationship Manager in the FinTech sector, Debs spent 15 successful years fostering trust-based client relationships with customers managing complex financial investments. It was this foundation of consultative selling and ability to build trust that shaped her approach in guiding homeowners through significant home improvement decisions and selecting flooring products that enhance their homes or offices.
