Man charged with motor vehicle homicide, OUI in North Reading crash that killed 2, including minor (boston.com) — A 21-year-old Paxton man is due to be arraigned Monday in Woburn District Court after a high-speed crash in North Reading killed two people, including a minor. Prosecutors say his car slammed into a vehicle stopped at a Route 28 red light, which then caught fire despite rescue attempts. The victims' names have not yet been released as the investigation continues.
