SFD provides students with a solid foundation in apparel design and construction, and the skills required for a successful career in fashion. Our technical Certificate program is taught by experts in the field of fashion design. Students may take courses toward the Certificate or on a class-by-class basis to fill professional education interests. For creatives and textile arts enthusiasts, SFD offers workshops in various fiber arts such as weaving, lace making, embroidery, millinery, upcycling, and more. As an SFD student, you will join a diverse community of emerging designers. Our studios are filled with recent high school graduates, students from nearby colleges enriching their education with fashion, and working professionals embarking on a new career path. Friday, Oct. 31At 7:41 a.m., police responded to Beach and Clinton streets after a 12-year-old bicyclist struck a vehicle. There were no injuries. The bike's front tire and the car's right fender were damaged.At 11:25 a.m., police responded to Main Street after a video surveillance system's wires were cut. Saturday, Nov. 1At 8:05 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident at Winn and Pleasant streets. One passenger complained of minor injuries and was taken to Lahey Clinic. Police cited one driver with operating a motor vehicle without a license and failing to yield at an intersection. At 1:45 p.m., police responded to Lexington and Willow streets after a driver struck a trailer that was being towed by another vehicle. One driver sustained a minor scrape on his left elbow. Police believe rain and the wet road conditions were factors in the crash.

We will have hundreds of plants both for the sun and shade along with a&nbsp; beautiful selection of hostas in blue, golds and variegated.We have a nice selection of herbs as well.
