Police Log: One Person Injured in Crash

Excerpts from the Woburn Police Department log.

Friday, Oct. 31

At 7:41 a.m., police responded to Beach and Clinton streets after a 12-year-old bicyclist struck a vehicle. There were no injuries. The bike’s front tire and the car’s right fender were damaged.

At 11:25 a.m., police responded to Main Street after a video surveillance system’s wires were cut.

Saturday, Nov. 1

At 8:05 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident at Winn and Pleasant streets. One passenger complained of minor injuries and was taken to Lahey Clinic. Police cited one driver with operating a motor vehicle without a license and failing to yield at an intersection.

At 1:45 p.m., police responded to Lexington and Willow streets after a driver struck a trailer that was being towed by another vehicle. One driver sustained a minor scrape on his left elbow. Police believe rain and the wet road conditions were factors in the crash.
