Police Log: Stoneham Man Arrested After Breaking McDonald's Glass Door
Excerpts from the Woburn Police Department log.

Friday, Aug. 15
At 9:46 a.m., police arrested Veasna Ker, 30, 168 Fletcher St., Lowell, and charged him on two warrants for speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, willfully obstructing an emergency vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Police made the arrest on Montvale Avenue.
At 11:05 a.m., police responded to a car accident at Washington Street and Montvale Avenue. A vehicle was over the line, which made it hard for a tractor trailer to make a turn. The driver in the car backed up and reportedly struck the back of another vehicle. The two drivers exchanged words before the driver that backed up got into her car and drove away.

At 11:16 a.m., police responded to Wood Street after someone kicked in a garage side door. A person entered the vacant residence and went through kitchen cabinets.
At 3:46 p.m., a Nashua Street resident reported a past break-in. Forty dollar was missing from his wallet and he noticed that aluminum molding on a window had been pulled back slightly. Police took a report.

Saturday, Aug. 16
At 1:32 a.m., police arrested Alberto Rodriguez, 30 Cedar Ave., Stoneham, and charged him with marked/injured/defaced/destruction/vandalism of property. Police responded to McDonald’s about a disturbance. There were about 10 people in the parking lot. Rodriguez reportedly held up his hands as if he was ready to fight and yelled threats at officers. Rodriguez had reportedly argued with a McDonald’s cashier and banged on the glass of the drive-thru. He also kicked a glass door and broke it. Police arrested the man.
At 7:05 p.m., police arrested Brittany Ann Lally, 20, 2 Garden St., Woburn, and charged her on warrants for six counts of receiving a stolen credit card, six counts of receiving stolen property and one count of larceny more than $250. Police arrested Lally on Montvale Avenue after an officer spotted her in a car and knew there were warrants for her arrest.
At 9:24 p.m., a Cambridge Road restaurant reported that a man was harassing delivery drivers. This has been an ongoing issue. Police took a report.
Sunday, Aug. 17
At 1:04 p.m., police responded to Pine Street after a women’s LL Bean bike was stolen from a shed.
At 3:06 p.m., a Woburn man said an unknown man stole his wallet, which contained $470. He said he met the man on Magazine Hill and felt bad for him. He went to a liquor store to buy alcohol for the two men. The Woburn man said he passed out and awoke to find the man had left and took his wallet. Police took a report.
At 4:46 p.m., police received a call after two bikes were stolen from outside of a Main Street store. The bikes that were taken are a black Mongoose and a green BMX Storm Series.
