Woburn Boys & Girls Club Helicopter Golf Ball Drop: How to Enter

WOBURN, MA — The James L. McKeown Boys and Girls Club will be holding a Helicopter Golf Ball Drop on August 29 at the Kernwood Country Club in Salem. Participants can purchase golf balls to be dropped, and winners will be selected based on the being the closest to the pin or making it in the cup.

Here are the prizes for the winners:

First Place: $1,000

Second Place: $500

Third Place: $250

Bonus Prize: A golf ball number will be selected by BestHoleinOne.com one week prior to the event and mailed to the Club in a sealed envelope. The six-closest golf balls to the pin or in the hole will be selected. If the chosen number matches any of the 6 golf ball numbers, that person wins a $10,000 bonus prize.

Price of Golf Balls:

Golf balls can be purchased for $20 per golf ball, three golf balls for $50, and seven for $100. There is no requirement to attend the event, and winners will be notified.
