Woburn Coronavirus Update: 156 Confirmed Cases, 67 Active
The number of cases in the city has increased by 42 this week.
WOBURN, MA — One hundred fifty-six residents have tested positive for the new coronavirus, as of Friday, the city of Woburn said. That includes 67 active cases, five deaths, and 84 recoveries.
Another 47 residents are currently in quarantine for potential exposure to the virus, while 124 have been released from quarantine.
The city began including a chart of cases and quarantines over time in its coronavirus dashboard, Thursday. The case total has increased by ten or more three days in a row.
