Woburn Coronavirus Update: 254 Cases, More Than 100 Active
The number of cases in town has grown rapidly over the last week, from 156 last Friday.
WOBURN, MA — There are 254 positive cases of the new coronavirus in Woburn, as of Friday afternoon. Eleven residents have died, while 135 have active cases and the remaining 108 have recovered and are out of isolation.
The total cases in town has increased rapidly over the last week, from 180 on Monday.
Sixty-nine residents are currently in quarantine for potential exposure, while 148 have been released from quarantine.
