Woburn Man Indicted on Child Porn Charges
The man allegedly had thousands of images and videos of children being sexually abused on his computer.

A 55-year-old Woburn man has been indicted on child pornography charges, according to the state Attorney General’s Office.
Marlan Ray Barker was indicted Thursday by a Middlesex Grand Jury on the following charges: possession of and intent to distribute child pornography (three counts) and possession of child pornography. He will be arraigned in Middlesex Superior Court at a later date, authorities said.
Barker allegedly had thousands of images and videos of children being sexually abused on his computer. Police seized his computer, and other media, in January 2014 after the Massachusetts Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force discovered his computer offering the images and videos on a file-sharing network, according to authorities. He was subsequently arrested.
