Features: Sportsmanship: Our camp culture prizes sportsmanship, highlighted by our daily sportsperson awards and weekly CSS Cup. Celebrating over 90 years of excellence in fashion education, The School of Fashion Design is the only educational institution in New England dedicated exclusively to the study of fashion design. SFD provides students with a solid foundation in apparel design and construction, and the skills required for a successful career in fashion. Our technical Certificate program is taught by experts in the field of fashion design. Students may take courses toward the Certificate or on a class-by-class basis to fill professional education interests. For creatives and textile arts enthusiasts, SFD offers workshops in various fiber arts such as weaving, lace making, embroidery, millinery, upcycling, and more. We are pleased to announce that Grace Cushing, a sixth-grader at the Joyce Middle School, Woburn, has won Honorable Mention in MWRA's Annual Poster Contest.   This year, students across the MWRA service area were challenged to create posters, essays and short videos to promote the importance of flushing responsibly. Nearly 4,000 students entered the contest.   All of the winning posters and essays are available for viewing on <a href="http://www.mwra.com/annual/contest/2014/pre/winners2013-2014.htm" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">www.mwra.com</a> and at the <a href="http://www.waterworksmuseum.org/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Metropolitan Waterworks Museum </a>through the July 4th weekend. We will have hundreds of plants both for the sun and shade along with a&nbsp; beautiful selection of hostas in blue, golds and variegated.We have a nice selection of herbs as well.
The Historic Greenhouses will be open during the sale, come rain or shine.
