Woman Reports Road Rage Incident

A woman reported a road rage incident in the area of New Boston Street on Thursday morning.

Another driver followed her to Presidential Way and New Boston Street.

When she pulled into her workplace’s parking lot, the man allegedly approached her and swore at him. He reached into her car, disconnected her cell phone from the charger and threw it to the ground. He also grabbed her purse and threw it to the ground.

Police got a description of the suspect and spoke to a man at Presidential Way business, who acknowledged that he was the suspect in the incident.

He said he approached the other driver and she smiled and said, “what are you going to do about it?” The man said he then “snapped.”

Police advised the woman that she can seek a complaint in Woburn District Court. She said she would talk to her husband about it.
