Here are some of the calls Burlington Police responded to last week.

BURLINGTON, MA -- The following are items recorded by Burlington Police Department. It is a sample of the types of calls the Burlington Police responded to between February 22 and 28. Arrests
On February 23 at 7:49 pm, police arrested Thanh Cong Doan, 25, of Woburn after his car struck a guardrail on Lexington Avenue. One person left the scene and was not located. Doan was charged with OUI-Liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violation and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

At 2:54 am on Sunday, February 25, police arrested Derick Makanga, 23, of Woburn after a motor vehicle stop on Middlesex Turnpike. Makanga was charged with OUI-Liquor and marked lanes violation.
At 1:31 am on Monday, February 26, a gas station attendant at the Mobil on Bedford Street called requesting a well being check for a truck thats been sitting at the gas pumps for over 40 minutes with loud music and no response from driver inside. Police arrested Matthew David Mann, 31, of Port Charlotte, FL and charged him with OUI-Liquor.

On the same day at 12:57 pm, a caller from Murray Avenue stated she saw a male in the area of a neighbor's garage. Male was seen walking away with items. He was carrying a backpack and has a shopping cart and bicycle. Police arrested Ronald J. Poole, 46, of Burlington, on outstanding warrants.
After responding to a call from Sear's at 1:32 pm on Monday, February 28, police arrested Robert Paul Gaudet, 33, of Leominster on charges of shoplifting, third offense.
Thursday, February 22
12:33 am: Lahey Security requests officers to assist the removal of a male party, described as a stocky white male in a dark sweatshirt, off the property as he was already escorted from Lahey. Verbal disagreement between male party and security officer. He agreed to wait in his vehicle until his brother is discharged.
1:38 am: Guest Services at Archer Hotel reports a suspicious male party, described as a hispanic male in his late twenties wearing a backpack, grey hoodie, and dark pants, who came into the hotel at approximately 23:00 HRS. The male party stated he was doing work in the lobby then proceeded to spend a great deal of time in the bathroom continuously flushing the toilet. When asked to leave the male party was defensive but ultimately left in a silver toyota prius that had dents in the vehicle and no hubcaps. Guest Services just wanted to report this incident for future reference and all is secure at this time.
2:07 am: Located backpack containing prescription medications for several 4th and 5th grade students at Fox Hill Elementary School. Appears to have been accidentally left outside during recess. Same to be submitted in to property. Voicemail left with Fox Hill School nurse. Items submitted in to property.
8:07 am: Caller from Overlook Avenue states that sometime between 11 pm on Wednesday and 8 am on Thursday someone went into his motor vehicle and rummaged through the interior and possibly took a pack of cigarettes. Extra checks of the area requested.
11:27 am: Caller from Richardson Road states that someone entered his son's automobile and possibly stole money from the interior. $40 taken from the center console.
4:18 pm: Caller from Richardson Road reports his motor vehicle was broken into while parked in his driveway. Vehicle was unlocked and nothing reported missing.
Friday, February 23
1:50 pm: Three car motor vehicle accident at CVS on Cambridge Street. One person transported to Lahey. Immediate threat for license revocation filed with RMV.
1:50 pm: Caller reports she was the victim of identity fraud. Unknown person withdrew $625 twice from Bank of America on 2-22-2018. Same also occurred in Tewksbury, Mass. Tewksbury has opened an investigation into same.
5:10 pm: Lahey Clinic security requests we speak with a male party who is intoxicated in the lobby of the hospital. Same has his sister en route to pick him up. Car keys were confiscated and handed to security.
Saturday, February 24
2:01 pm: Fairlawn Avenue resident reports his unlocked M/V entered Wednesday evening or Thursday morning in his driveway. Missing are two pair of Iphone headphones , a pair of sunglasses and a Discover credit card. Today he received an email that card was attempted to be used in Wilmington which alerted him to the theft.
2:44 pm: Loss prevention at Sear's reports an asian male took two small appliances at about 14:15 today. Suspect did the same thing on Tuesday 2/20. No ID or vehicle available, report to be filed with security images.
4:01 pm: Burlington Mall Security reports suspicious phone calls to several stores.
8:52 pm: Mother reported her 19-year-old son is out of control, and is currently inside the garage.
Sunday, February 25
7:36 am: Caller from Newbridge Avenue reports her neightbor's dogs have been barking outside for hours, waking her up. Same states this is an ongoing issue. Dog owner contacted by phone and indicated he will bring his dogs inside.
2:32 pm: 9 and 7 year old observed outside and away from the front entrance without a parent on Middlesex Turnpike. Children brought back inside to their mother. Mother advised.
2:56 pm: Citation issued for leaving the scene of property damage to Ester Muratori, 46, of Burlington.
5:30 pm: Caller indicated a black male, slim build, stole her phone by force. Suspect was observed getting into a Toyota Camry and fled the mall. State Police contacted over Northwest Tactical and Lowell PD also contacted. Detectives Unit notified. Lowell Police called at approximately 11 pm advising they had suspect vehicle stopped in Lowell. LPD did a field contact card on operator. Detectives to follow up.
Monday, February 26
7:23 am: Caller at Marriott Hotel reports an unresponsive female cold to the touch.
8:28 am: Sometime after 12am a vehicle had all four tires and rims stolen off of vehicle while parked in front #19 Beacon Village. Vehicle left on four plastic crates. Resident reports same an ongoing issue on this property.
1:35 pm: Report of student making past threat at Burlington High School.
6:03 pm: Caller from Barnes & Noble reports a past theft of goods in excess of $500 and needs to file a report. Unknown value of merchandise taken. Loss prevention was able to obtain a license plate and has video surveillance.
Tuesday, February 27
8:45 am: Female employee at Dunkin' Donuts on Cambridge Street would like to report her vehicle being egged overnight.
8:47 am: Caller states that while at the bus stop, her son was asked by a male in a Navy SUV if he wanted to "hang with this guy today", referring to the dog he had in his car. Boy ran home. Male spoke with bus driver about his own son.
10:49 am: Caller at Dunkin' Donuts on Wilmington Road reports possible overdose for male party in a vehicle in front of Dunkin Donuts.
Wednesday, February 28
6:51 am: Caller reports there is a large brown dog resembling a border collie wandering in and out of the street on Wilmington Road.
4:45 pm: Caller reports receiving email links of stores being filmed at Burlington Mall. Unknown party posted several videos of females in multiple stores on internet.
10:21 pm: Caller reports male party passed out in the eating area of Burger King. Police placed Vaughn Wallowing-Bull, 42, of Lexington, into protective custody. Detox notified.
