A new outbreak at a Sam's Club warehouse is next door to a Walmart that experienced a large outbreak in April.

WORCESTER, MA — Nineteen employees at a Sam's Club warehouse in Worcester have tested positive for coronavirus. The facility is just down Tobias Boland Way from the Worcester Walmart where more than 80 employees ended up testing positive for the virus.
City Manager Edward Augustus revealed the outbreak during a news conference on Tuesday, where officials also said that the total number of cases in the city had hit 4,000.
The Sam's Club warehouse was open for business this week, although the company has brought a nurse on site to monitor employee health. The warehouse is owned by the Walmart company, but is not open to the public.
