Ice, Ice, Baby: Worcester Railers Day Offers Free Skating This Weekend
Skate on the Worcester Oval for free with Worcester's professional hockey team.
WORCESTER, MA — Skate with the pros, and enjoy some free time on the ice this weekend.
The Railers, Worcester's professional hockey team, is hosting a free skate at the Worcester Oval (behind City Hall) on Sunday, Jan. 29. From noon to 6 p.m., Railers Hockey Club members can skate for free if arriving between noon and 2 p.m. For the general public, you are welcome to skate for free from 1-6 p.m., but there is a charge for skate rentals.
TRAX, the Railers mascot, will be on the ice from noon to 2 p.m. with the rest of the Railers crew.
