WORCESTER, MA— It may not have been St. Patrick's Day for the rest of the world on Sunday, but it was in Worcester. Park Avenue was the scene of the city's annual St. Patrick's Day parade — the parade was postponed from its original date due to bad weather forecasted. The delay didn't stop people from heading out to celebrate.

The Worcester police were out in force, not just on patrol but in the parade as well. This year's parade grand marshal was officer Sean Lovely of the Worcester Police Department. Elizabeth Doyle served as parade mayor and four residents were honored with community service awards.
