"Frederica, we all love you, we're worried, and want to know you're OK," reads the flyer. The sister of Frederica Sardino says she hasn't heard from Sardino since July 6, when they last spoke. Sardino is 21 with dark brown hair, 4'11" and about 110 pounds. She has a tattoo on her chest that is a cursive Bible verse, and a tattoo on her knuckles that says "family."Sardino is reportedly commonly seen in the Kelley Square/Millbury Street area, says the flyer. Saturday, May 30 — Noon to 4 PM 55 Union Street, Worcester, Mass&nbsp;

Join us for a peaceful protest on the public sidewalk outside the Charles River Laboratories 55 Union Street location where somewhere between 150-200 beagles are being used for toxicity testing and other experiments right now in downtown Worcester.
Charles River is a known purchaser of beagles from places like Ridglan Farms and Marshall BioResources, the nation's largest commercial beagle breeder (23,000 beagles in windowless sheds in North Rose, NY), which has racked up over 20 federal Animal Welfare Act violations.
The dogs are bred at criminal facilities like Marshall and Ridglan Farms and sold to research labs like CRL to be poisoned with toxic pharmaceutical compounds paid for by pharma companies then killed and dissected at study's end.
This is the system we are trying to change.Massachusetts law requires healthy research dogs to be offered for adoption when no longer needed. There is no public record of CRL adopting out any of these dogs. We want to ensure the experiments stop, the dogs are freed and the adoptions take place.

Charles River is currently under investigation by both the DOJ and the SEC. The FDA is moving to phase out animal testing — because more than 90% of drugs that pass animal studies fail in humans. The science doesn't work. The killing continues anyway.
OUR REQUESTS
— End all canine experimentation at 55-57 Union Street immediately. — Release all research dogs currently at this facility to verified rescue organizations — Comply with the Massachusetts Beagle Bill immediately — End the commercial relationships with Marshall BioResources and Ridglan Farms
This is the first in a series of peaceful protests at 55 Union Street until our requests are met.
