WORCESTER, MA — A man accused of shooting two people outside a Worcester convenience store has been added to the state police most-wanted list. Jesse Ouellet, 37, is wanted on charges of armed assault with intent to murder and other gun charges.
On April 19, Ouellet got into a fight with a man outside the S&A Market along Ward Street in the Vernon Hill neighborhood. He shot that man in the stomach, but a stray bullet Ouellet fired hit a bystander, police say. Both victims survived.
Ouellet is described as 5'5", 150 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He also has tattoos on both his arms, shoulders, stomach, and legs. Police believe he is armed and dangerous.
