5 MI Hotels Ranked Among Best In The Midwest: Ranking
Two Detroit hotels were among the five best in Michigan, according to a Conde Nast Traveler magazine ranking.
MICHIGAN — Five Michigan hotels were picked as among the best in the Midwest by a popular travel magazine.
Conde Nast Traveler magazine announced the winners of its prestigious annual Readers’ Choice Awards, in which more than a half million people voted for their favorites in categories that included best hotels, resorts, spas, cities, countries, train trips and luggage.
The 2023 lists' top 15 hotels in the Midwest includes five in Michigan:

No. 3, Detroit Foundation Hotel
No.6, Shinola Hotel in Detroit

Other Midwest hotels ranked in the travel magazine's list are in Cincinnati; Delafield, Wisconsin; Indianapolis, three hotels; Milwaukee, two hotels; Minneapolis; Oberlin, Ohio, and Oklahoma City.
