A Hay Day and Public Safety Open House will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday in Huntington Woods.
Stop by the parking lot for games, crafts, pony rides, a petting zoo, s'mores and a coin scramble. Then, take a hay ride over to the for an open house where you can check out a fire truck, practice putting out a fire and snack on cider and doughnuts.
Refreshments also will be available at the rec center for a nominal fee. Otherwise, the event, which is sponsored by the Huntington Woods Men's Club, is free.
